Love without Boundaries is advocating for this sweet little almost 2 year old boy! Once you see him you will fall in love. I would love to bring him home with Drew but that is not possible. His name is Peng. Peng was born with a very severe heart defect, however, the doctors in China have said his surgery would be too risky to perform there. His orphanage is hoping that he can be adopted soon so that he can have a chance at surgery on this side of the ocean. Our medical is so much different then in China, he has a chance here in the US. If God is tugging at your heart...don't resist.
