Weekly Update on Vietnam

Happy Valentine's Day!

Well really there is no update on Vietnam Adoptions :( Same old news that we need a new agreement and from what I see is there is no movement just yet toward that goal. These children need someone to help. In the Vietnam culture they see no problem with these children in either an orphanage or taking a child to a strange house and tell those people that they are to now raise this child. With child abuse that is so foreign to us but to them not so much. It breaks my heart that no one is taking an interest and getting these children to homes that really want them.

On a lighter note, our family is going good. It is Valentine's Day and Mark is working :( However, Aunt Jess and Uncle Adam took the girls out last weekend and Mark and I celebrated V-Day then.
Olivia is doing a good job at going potty. Some days she is a pro and others I think we have forgotten EVERYTHING. I will say that potty training is the Hardest thing I have done so far. You need lots of patience which I do not have, unfortunately that is one think I need to work on. I expect the girls to understand everything at ages 2 and 4.
