**Bac Lieu Police Official -- the head of the police of Bac Lieu must sign off on all cases through this province, however, he has not signed one adoption case (about 20 cases are in this province and 5 more to come with next weeks referrals -- including ours). FTIA is not sure why he is holding them but he has held some of them since January of this year. Founder of FTIA, Keith Wallace, will be traveling to Vietnam early September to hopefully have a meeting with him to discuss the importance of adoptions and these children.
**DNA testing must be done on our son and his birth mother before approval from USA. Pray that FTIA's in-country staff will be able to find her in a timely manner and get the testing done.
PRAISES
**Health of children are improving. Still 2 children in hospital but they are getting better.
